1920s Pink Silk Bralette, Cropped Camisole - Vintage Lingerie
Pink silk bralette or cropped camisole - an early version of the bra. It is finest silk with a wide ivory cotton lace border around the top. The lace is threaded through with satin ribbon which ties at the front. The shoulder straps are pink silk ribbons criss-crossed. Closes at the front with little buttons beneath a placket. The lower edge is elasticised. No tags.
1910s-1920s.

Condition
Fair to good. There is a small hole in the side front 2 x 3 mm, see photo 2. The ribbon in the lace is not original, although it is vintage, and it does have a small pink mark, see last photo. I have replaced the elastic.
