1970s Pleated Floral Maxi Skirt, Gypsy or Peasant Skirt by Chessa Davis
Chessa Davis was famous for her peasant style skirts based on peddler or gypsy skirts. Often trinkets were tied onto the skirts as peddler's had done, hence the ribbons around the hem. Read more about Chessa Davis skirts here.
