Wear this pretty as a camisole under a sheer or low necked garment, or as a cropped top.
1910s antique Edwardian chemisette in lace trimmed cotton netting. The top front of this undergarment would have been visible, worn to preserve modesty underneath a low neckline. Unlike most chemisettes, it is joined at the side seams. A net overlay with a lacy border runs either side of the front opening. It close with micro hooks down the front, topped with tiny opaque glass buttons with faceted ruby centres. A tape drawstring around the bottom holds the garment in place just beneath the bust.
