Adorable '50s brown button front shirt dress has a collar with the option of buttoning at the neck, full below-knee length skirt, one patch pocket and matching belt. The sleeves and bodice are cut in one piece, with turn back sleeve edges. Fabric is a heavy cotton. Brand is Rumpus, 1950s-early 1960s.

Condition
Good. I have replaced the torn underarms in this dress with underarm gusset patches using fabric I harvested from the hem. One of the original pockets has been removed, the ghost of where it was remains, but is not visible within the folds of the full skirt. One small, faint mark below the collar at the front.
