White cotton below-knee length petticoat has a hip yoke and three tiers, the bottom tier is broderie anglaise or embroidered eyelet fabric. Elastic waist. There was once a layer of tulle beneath the bottom tier, but a previous owner has cut most of this away. Brand is Lov'Lee - 1960s.
