Antique Detachable Cuffs - Your Choice of Four Pairs
Your choice of four pairs of antique Edwardian or Victorian detachable cuffs.
Cotton cuffs are starched stiff as a board. These need to be worn with cuff links and can be worn over the cuffs of any shirt that requires cuff links. If you are lucky to have an antique shirt without full cuffs, your shirt should have buttons or buttonholes for attaching the cuffs.
For the photo, fastened with antique collar studs, not included.
1. Blue/Grey denim colored cuffs with stripe. Name on the back for laundering. Measure 26.5 x 9 cm (10.5 x 3.5"). Excellent condition.
2. Beige cuffs with green stripe. Stamped on the back M314 - 10 1/2. 31 X written in indelible ink - laundry mark? Measure 26.5 x 8.5 cm (10.5 x 3.5"). No marks or holes, but they appear to both be for the same side, not an opposable pair. This won't matter if you are wearing them over another cuff, only if you need to attach to a cuffless shirt. You can't turn one over because the pattern is different on the back.
3. White with grey or blue stripe. Measure 26.5 x 9 cm (10.5 x 3.5"). Foxing marks on the back of one cuff. A few very faint foxing marks on the front. They are not a perfect match - one cuff has blue stripes and grey spots, the other has grey stripes and blue spots.
4. White with blue spots. Measure 28 x 9 cm (11 x 3.5"). Back is marked 676F - 11. Name in ink for laundry. Some faint foxing marks near the buttonholes, see photo.
