Lavishly beaded ivory angora cardigan. The neck is beaded to look like a collar. Little pearls outline the collar and large flowers are created with dangling bugle beads and pearl centres. The bands are worked with iridescent clear sequins. The flowers and sequins repeat the design all over the cardigan. Closes at the front with hooks and eyes. Lined with silk. There are no tags, but this kind of garment was commonly made in Hong Kong during the 1960s.

Good. I have secured any loose beads. There is a 10 x 6 mm darn in the back and a faint mark at the upper front, as shown. A number of pearl beads are missing from the neckline.
