Detachable blue collars as worn by a working man. These were often worn with denim or chambray shirts by warehousemen or tradesmen. This is a pointed collar with three buttonholes and has residual starch - I have washed it twice. Fabric is cotton. Worn by D.W. Turner, 1920s-1930s.
Neck 39.5 cm (15 1/2")
Collar point 6.8 cm (2 5/8")
Width at the back of the neck 4 cm (1.5")
Good. There is a perspiration line along the inside neck. There is a slight fraying at the front collar edge if worn with the owner's name on the inside, but you can flip it over and wear it the other way, you won't be able to see the name when the collar is folded back or beneath a tie. A few tiny rust spots as shown, not noticeable.
