Fair. Vintage blue dyes are notorious for being unstable and this is a prime example. The dye is starting to bleed out so that blotches are appearing on the dress, particularly on the back, but also some smaller patches on the front of the skirt. I was going to dye it but then I thought that the color is so pretty, and there are already too many black dresses out there. You can see the blotchiness in the last three photos. Also, the zipper is missing one tooth. It catches, but can still be wiggled to zip up.
