Beautiful lower-calf length, silky feel antique nightgown has hand embroidery in pastel green and peach as well as spoke stitching to ornament the V neckline and sleeve edges. A very fine crocheted picot edging trims the neck and sleeves. The loose-fitting gown is all cut in one piece, with no sleeve or shoulder seams. It's made from the old fashioned fabric known as cold rayon, the original imitation silk, and has a silky feel. No labels, it's a handmade garment. Due to the fabric and style, 1920s.

Medium to Large - Mannequin has bust 87 cm (34").
- Best fit bust 97-102 cm (38-40"), allows for comfortably loose fit.

Condition
Fairly good. A mend at the centre of the V front and one at the back of the neck. A series of rusty marks and small holes near the hem. If this worries you, an option would be to shorten it, most of the marks and holes are within 6-7 cm of the hem. It would still be mid-calf length. There's also a 1 cm spot on the lower back.
