Below-knee length, loose-fitting, white cotton petticoat dress has a two-tier skirt. The hemline is trimmed with wide, hand crocheted lace. Pretty cotton lace also trims the wide neckline and armholes. The way it sits on the shoulders has a cap sleeve effect. A short opening at the front neck closes with one snap. It's a homemade garment - 1920s.
