Beautiful palest grey/ivory fit and flare dress has a floral design flocked in pink, blue and green. The fabric is totally sheer and you will probably want to wear a slip underneath it. The dress has a high V neckline with the yoke gathered into the bodice. It's below-knee to mid-calf length and the skirt is full enough to wear with a crinoline petticoat beneath for the true pinup, cupcake look - I've shown it with a petticoat beneath in photos 2 and 6. Closes at the side with snaps. It's a well made homemade or perhaps custom made dress so there are no labels, but the fabric appears to be that very early swishy polyester sometimes called "Terylene", or maybe even nylon. 1950s.
