Sensational lace wedding gown with a long train really makes a statement.
Rayon lace gown has a satin under skirt which shows through the divided lace skirt. The dress has a neat little shawl collar bound with satin, fitted sleeves with shaped V ends closing with a press stud at the wrists. Closes at the front with lots of little pearl buttons and loops. The lace over skirt and train have a satin and net ruffle edge trim. The waistline is bound with satin piping. The gown also closes at one side with snaps and a hook and eye. No labels, a custom made gown - 1950s.

Condition
Good. There are light stains at the underarms, a water mark on the satin at the top front of the skirt, some mends in the lace and netting and a few minor spots on the skirt. Around the hemline on the satin there are a number of spots and light marks but in my opinion these don't detract from the beauty of the dress.
