Mid-calf length navy blue dress has a rayon crepe bodice with sleeves cut in one with the front and back, high V neckline and short sleeves finished with a taffeta band extending into ties. The full skirt is pleated into the bodice at hip level, pleats are unpressed. There are shoulder pads. Closes at the side with a metal zipper. No labels, it seems to be a custom made dress - 1950s.

Condition
Good. A 1 cm mark on the front, 2 mm hole in the upper back, a small hole in the skirt that is lost in the folds. Carriers at the waist show that it once had a belt or tie but this has been lost.
