Black rayon mini dress has a glittery blue neckline, giving the illusion of a collar. The neckline is V shaped, and the edges of the faux "collar" are scalloped. There's a bow at the neck. No closure, it just pulls on over the head. Fabric is a rayon georgette, and there is a separate lining. A former owner has shortened the dress. No tags - 1960s.
