Sumptuous purple silk shantung gown is beaded at the bodice and hemline, including 2.5 cm (1") bead drops. Empire line dress has a band under the bust and a large bow at the front. Deep V neckline at the back, straight skirt and rear vent. Fully lined, rear zipper closure. No tags, this dress has been custom made by a dressmaker.

Condition
The dress itself is in very good condition. Some bead loss, quite a few of the long drops have gone. This is really only noticeable around the hemline, see photo 5. There are also a few sequins missing from the back of the band.
