Below-knee length blue floral stretch jersey dress has a high V neck and short sleeves. It has princess seaming and a flared skirt. Interesting diagonal seaming at the shoulders and hips. Close with a zip in the back. Fabric is polyester jersey. No labels, it is a well made homemade dress. 1970s-1980s.
