Grey suit jacket and matching vest - no trousers.
Jacket and vest from a winter weight suit. The grey fabric has a muted stripe.
Jacket has notched lapels, pockets with flaps, breast pocket and four interior pockets including a long thin one, perhaps for a comb. Three button sleeve trim and two button closure. Two rear vents.
The vest has two pockets and a rear belt that buckles to adjust fit. Five button closure.
The jacket bears the Pure New Wool logo. The lining appears to be rayon. Vest has the same lining. Designed by Pierre Cardin - Paris, for American Tailors in Melbourne. Exclusively tailored in Australia for Berkeley Apparel. The woven labels A and W may be the owners initials. 1970s.

Condition
Jacket is in very good condition. There are pen marks above one interior pocket and ink stains inside that pocket that can't be seen.
The vest presents well but has significant brown staining to the lining, two marks can be seen at the lower back when being worn. There's a hole near the top back in the outer layer of fabric, showing the light lining beneath. I don't know what the stains are, but definitely not blood. Jacket and vest have been washed and pressed.
