Black mini dress has all over tiers of fringing. Scoop neck at the front, deep V neck at the back. Length is above knee to mid-thigh. Closely fitted, and has a zip in the back. There are no fabric tags but it seems to be a fairly heavy polyester or viscose taffeta. Made in USA. Brand is Roberta - 1980s.
