Beautiful blue crushed velour dress from my personal collection.
The wide, pageboy style collar is the feature of this above-knee length dress. The gathered skirt falls from beneath the bust. The front yoke buttons to the neck. Sleeves are fitted and are bracelet length. One side seam pocket. Dress in unlined. Fabric is most likely polyester velour, but all the tags have been removed.

Size Small to Medium - Please check the measurements. Mannequin has bust 87 cm (34"). It does have some stretch.
