Lower-calf length dress with midriff section and shoulder pads. The fabric is a large floral print in jade green white and purple on black background. Buttons to below the waist. The skirt is pleated into the midriff at the hip. Fabric is polyester. Made for Syndicate - Melbourne - 1980s.
