Green floral dress for the daring, or perfect for over leggings.
The knee length "dress" or top is actually scooped and slashed to the waist at the sides, it comes to a point at the front and back. The dress/top has a round neck and butterfly sleeves slashed to the shoulder. Shoulders are trimmed with three black buttons and loops - decorative only. The waist was once elasticised but the elastic has stretched, so you would probably want to wear it with a belt. There are carriers for a belt at the sides, but the original tie has been lost. No opening - it just pulls on. The fabric is polyester georgette. Brand is Katies - 1980s.
