Fabulous op art distorted check dress is red, blue, black, purple and green, colours are not quite true in the photos, but are actually a little brighter than showing. The photo with the label close up shows the best colour. In true '80s style, the dress has extended shoulders with shoulder pads, dropped armholes with tapered bracelet length sleeves and a straight tapered skirt with rear vent. An over skirt is knotted at the side front. The dress has a small collar and an interesting extension to the armhole seam, with the illusion or widening the shoulders. It has a short opening at the back of the neck and just pulls on, with a press stud at the back of the neck and button and loop fastening at the back of the collar. Below knee length. Fabric is rayon/viscose. Brand is Sophis - 1980s.
