Antique cotton nightgown dress with beautiful filet lace and embroidery panel at the front neck.
The mid-calf length, A-line gown has long sleeves with turn back cuffs trimmed with the same filet lace. Dropped shoulder. The front opens to beneath the bust and closes with two mother-of-pearl buttons. The neck is bound with satin extending into a tie. Side seam gussets were added for economy of fabric as well as to add some fullness. Seams are felled. There is no opening at the cuffs, they just pull over. No label, it's homemade or custom made - 1910s.

Condition
Good. There are a few thinned spots at the back of one shoulder and a small hole near the hem at the back.
