Antique white cotton petticoat, Boho skirt, with double broderie anglaise (eyelet) lace ruffle.
This petticoat skirt is lower-calf length. There are two buttons at the waist, which is not gathered, but sits flat for a flattering profile. There is also a drawstring tie through a casing at the front of the waistband to adjust the fit. Fabric is cotton. It's a homemade garment, so no labels. 1900-1910s.

Condition
Fair to good condition. There are a number of repairs to the broderie ruffle, several adhesive patches on the inside below the waistband and a few spots and light marks.
