White detachable work collar, as in "White collar worker". Sometimes called a bankers' collar.
The cotton collar has a shaped neckband with three buttonholes. Style is Lancia, by Pelaco. 1920s.

Condition
Fair. Wear reversed to hide the imperfections. Frayed at each edge of the neck where the collar folds over. Some yellowing to the inside neck.
