Girls' Shirt-Dress: The shirt-dress with front button closing has convertible collar, set-in sleeves and optional top-stitching. V. 1 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, optional self fabric tie belt and breast pocket. V. 2 has short sleeves.

Copy 2: Pattern has been used but is checked and complete. Packet is in fair condition - bad foxing marks, water marks, corners crumpled.
