Long black crushed velour/velvet cape with hood and front neck button and loop fastening. Perfect for Halloween or your Cosplay needs. The hood is lined with the same fabric, rest is unlined. Likely made as a costume.The label has been removed but it appears to be polyester velour/velvet.
