Vintage Simplicity pattern 5453, c.1964.
Teen's Blouse, Shorts and Bell Bottom Pants: Pants and shorts are dart fitted at waistline, have a left side zipper closing and a waistband. V's 1, 2 are long and wide at lower edge. V.3 is short. Blouse has front underarm and back shoulder darts, a roll collar and back neck zipper, a casing at lower edge with a drawstring. V. 1 has long sleeves. V's 2,3 are sleeveless.

- Finished back length of blouse 60.5 cm (23.5") - if making for an adult be sure to check the required length.
Condition
Unprinted pattern still in factory folds, has not been used. Packet is in fair condition - crumpled at the corners , small tears at the edges, tears at the top corners, light discoloration/foxing marks.
