Very beautiful but wounded gold mesh evening bag by the classic label Oroton.
Please read the condition description carefully.
This little bag has a kiss clasp and rat tail chain handle. It's age is indicated partly by the weights inside the lining, like little marbles, so that the bag drapes properly. The interior features a coin pocket. Label says "Made in West Germany" - by Oroton. 1960s

Condition
Faults - Sold As Is. Presents well, main problem is the dust.
- A material inside the lining is disintegrating causing orange dust to leak out of the mesh - Devil Dust. With patience and care you could detach the lining and remove the disintegrating padding, then reattach the lining.
- The frame has been bent, edges do not quite meet at the top, 1-2 mm gaps.
- Scratches on the frame.
- Handle and clasp are tarnished, this should clean up.
- The mesh is tarnished at one corner.
- Marks on the lining.
