Beautiful cream silk, bias cut tap pants have ecru cotton lace leg trim threaded through with blue ribbon. The legs are hand embroidered with pink and blue grub roses. Opens on one hip and closes with a shell button at the waist and snaps at the hip. No label, these are custom made. The long, wide legs on these are typical of the 1920s, or they may just have this look because they are a larger size.
Medium to Large - I have them pinned on the mannequin
Waist 86 cm (34")
Hips 97 cm (38"), if you extend the side opening, can fit up to 112 cm (44")
Waist to crotch 46 cm (18")
Length (51 cm (20")
Fair. Some old repairs to the buttonhole area. Stains at the crotch, a shadowy blob near the embroidery on one leg, some random small spots and a 1 x 3mm hole in one leg. The blue ribbon is nylon, but may not be the original ribbon.
