Below-knee length, full, white, tiered crinoline style half petticoat is completely plain. The top tier at the waist is stretch nylon and the three lower tiers are made of swishy parachute nylon so it has plenty of body. There is a very fine lace trim edging at the hem. Elastic at the waist. Brand is Keynote - 1950s.
