Full, flared petticoat skirt features a deep hem ruffle trimmed wit eyelet lace and palest baby pink ribbon. Closes at the back with hooks and eyes. The closure gapes a bit, you might want to add a zip or some press studs. Alternatively, you could wear the opening on one hip. Fabric is cotton, with rayon ribbon. No labels, it's been custom made to wear beneath a long gown - 1950s.
