Beautiful cream and pink floral robe has a large, square collar and one shaped pocket trimmed with a ruffle. The puff sleeves are finished with a band and ruffle, they're not elasticised so please check the arm circumference measurement given. Closes at the front with buttons and press studs to hip level - double button effect is decorative only. There's a tie at the waist. The front has a gauzy pink lining. Fabric appears to be an early form of polyester, or possibly even nylon. No labels, it's a homemade garment - 1950s.

Condition
Repaired to overall good condition. I've repaired a large rent the length of the back bodice with a long patch, it has a little pucker at the top but this is hidden beneath the collar. A large mark on the back of the collar, which you can see in the rear view. A couple of other marks hidden in the fullness of the skirt. I took the fabric for the patch from the lower front facing inside, which I have repaired with a patch of cream fabric, as shown.
