Bright fluorescent yellow sheer chiffon over blouse has three-quarter sleeves, fancy ribbon trim at the cuffs, narrow waistband, bow trim at neck and waist and closes at the neck and waist with hooks and eyes. fabric is polyester chiffon. The brand label has been removed. Originally it would have had a matching dress. 1960s.
