Sheer white peignoir, robe or negligee has very full, elbow length, puff sleeves trimmed with wide lace at the edges. The front and the low, wide, scooped neckline are trimmed with lace threaded through with pink ribbon. Wide lace, ribbon and a pink bow with ribbon rosette adorns the shoulders and it ties at the front with wide pink satin ribbon and rosettes. Lower-calf to ankle length, longer at the back. Fabric is nylon. Made in the USA. One robe is by Tosca, the other is by Delicates. Some slight variation in the patterns of the laces on each robe. The Tosca robe is older - '60s or '70s judging by the rayon ribbon used. The Delicates robe not quite as old, polyester ribbon has been used - '80s or '90s.

Condition
Good. The Tosca robe has a 20 mm hole at one side seam, as shown, and a small hole in the lining of one sleeve. The lace on the shoulders is cream rather than white. The Delicates robe has lost the elasticity at the sleeve edge which is now attractively full. Both robes have a number of catches in the fabric, the Delicates robe has more catches, particularly in the back.
