Glamorous sheer tea gown style negligee - sea foam green with frothy lace ruffles.
The gown is extra long and will trail on the floor for most women. The sleeves are very full and lacy. The same wide lace border forms the hem and neckline ruffle on the wide, scooped neck and is trimmed with watermelon pink satin ribbon, bows and yellow ribbon rosettes. Fabric is nylon. The label has been removed, but I acquired it with a large private collection of American lingerie, so it's likely from the US too. 1970s-1980s.
Measurements
Medium to Large - but due to the style, fits a range of sizes. Mannequin has bust 87 cm (34")
- Bust 97-107 cm (38-42"), or even a little bigger
- Length 170 cm (67")
Condition
Good. There are a couple of small mends hidden by the lace, and one larger mend, near some runs at the back seam, as shown. A small mark on the lace at the neck.
