Mornings are getty chilly here down south in Australia so time to stock up on some winter woollies.
Beautiful hand knitted Arran style jumper worked in cream 8 ply (sportsweight) wool. The pattern features multiple cables and blackberry stitch. It has saddle shoulders, meaning that there is no seam at the shoulder, but the sleeve continues up to the neck to form a patterned panel over the shoulder. Freshly laundered. Hard to date as these are regularly knitted from vintage patterns. Maybe 1980s-1990s.
Measurements
Size - Medium.
Fits bust 92-97 cm (36-38"). Mannequin has bust 87 cm (34"), for a more oversized look. Measures 102 cm (40") at the underarm
Length 62 cm (24.5")
Condition
Very good. You may notice some minor discoloration at the back of the neck if you look hard in the right light.
