Pink satin tap pants - gorgeous but have alterations and patches. Please read the condition description carefully.
Palest blush pink tap pants have elastic at the waist, and I have added a side opening. Wide panels of pale blue cotton lace trim the legs. There's a white lace patch near the side opening and three white lace medallions at the top front. Closes at the hip with three snap fasteners. Fabric is "Bur-mil Quality Rayon". Brand is Godfried. 1940s-early 1950s.

Condition
Fair and wearable. I added the side opening to make it possible to get them on. There's a large and messy patched mend near the opening that I covered with white lace. Slight fraying at the top of the seam at the other side. The waist elastic and the leg lace appears to be blue from colour run, or perhaps from vintage laundry blue commonly used in the wash. The colour is evenly spread throughout the lace. Two white lace medallions at the top front cover holes, the third is for symmetry. Several thinned patches, not quite holes, in the crotch.
